Located about 40 kilometres south of Edmonton, between Leduc and Wetaskiwin, this picturesque community is home to an expansive parks system with a combination of groomed and natural areas to explore and enjoy.  A thriving small town community, pride of residence is apparent for the 2,100 or so residents of this quaint and family friendly community.  Although agriculture is the primary industry, there are several small businesses that have set up shop in the area, and the close proximity to Leduc, Nisku and the Edmonton International Airport provide plenty of economic opportunity for the citizens who call Millet home.
