We’re Different

We believe we are just a little bit different than the other real estate websites out there.  We know that you can access dozens of websites that all offer similar features – search for listings, save your searches, and so on.  What we think is better about us is that we truly know the communities we serve and we like to help you learn about them too.  So rather than just slapping up a link to search for listings in Leduc, our goal is to build a community hub that has information about Leduc that potential buyers and sellers care about in addition to the Leduc real estate listings.  We will continue to build out this information over time, because we know that buyers are looking for more than just listings.  We also believe that buyers are tired of stumbling across real estate websites full of dead links.

Something else you will notice is our no pressure style.  We don’t believe in putting up roadblocks to the real estate experience.

Ultimately we know that you have lots of choices to help your with your real estate needs and we hope that you will see enough value in what we offer that when you are ready to take the next step in your real estate journey, you will call us.

Recently we came upon an ad for prosellers on Facebook for home evaluations in Leduc. We sent them a message and within a day they were here and the evaluation was complete.

We decided to put our home on the market with Prosellers and within 24 hrs we had an offer on the house. As we were heading back to our jobs up North on a two week rotation, Tracey said she would handle things on this end for us. We ran into a few issues that needed to be dealt with immediately and Tracey took it upon herself to get these issues dealt with in a very timely manner. When I first met Tracey, completely by chance, I had been using a different Realtor for about two months with rather poor & frustrating results.  She explained to me how she would market my house & made a point of telling me that not all Realtors are created equal.  I was skeptical as my previous experience with various agents had been largely the same… put the house on MLS and wait for a sale.

My wife and I had been looking to buy a house in Leduc for some time already, when we saw a home listed by Tracey Stewart. I am not the kind of person who responds well to ‘ pushy ‘ salespeople so I must say it was a very pleasant experience to meet and deal with a salesperson of Tracey’s temperament and calibre.

She was very professional, yet non assuming, very knowledgeable, but not condescending, very friendly and kind, but not patronizing in the least.  When the time came to get to the bottom line and make a decision, instead of using sales techniques, Tracey seemed genuinely interested in what was the very best for my wife and I.  She suggested maybe we needed to look at a few more homes before making a decision.  There was absolutely no pressure from her whatsoever.  When I asked her questions about the home that was not readily apparent, she never fudged an answer or made up some story, but offered instead to do the investigation.
